ABOUT

Henry Fox is an award-winning filmmaker/screenwriter prided by his work, born and raised in South West London.

He works and experiments with a variety of mediums within the world of film. Being a storyteller from a young age, Henry would spend all his spare time writing and creating shorts, to share with his family and friends.

Early in his journey at age 13, he joined Brit Kids which is a Saturday school for kids to learn and create films, giving those who may not have access to the equipment and knowledge they require. This opened his eyes to a new world from Lego stop-motions on his bedroom floor to the vast industry of film.

At 17 he enrolled at The Brit School of Performing Arts and Technology, to study Film and Media Production. This is where Henry learnt and refined the industry standard skills he needed to create his desired career.

As a storyteller, Henry looks to use a variety of genres to explore relationships between people, with attentive social realism and his devotion for intimate, character-driven stories.

His short film ‘Repentance’ has been selected and screened at multiple film festivals and cinemas across the country, including Everyman; Crystal Palace, Regent Street Cinema; London, and The David Lean Cinema; Croydon.

Henry is currently working on a number of contrasting projects which he is excited to share with the world. 2023 holds many exciting new productions and collaborations, some of which are already in the works all in the drive towards his future debut feature.
